Faro Celarain Ecological Reserve
Located in the southern part of the island, this is the most important ecotouristic project of the Parks and Museums Foundation of Cozumel. The park features a vast variety of natural landscapes. In its 100 hectares you can see a combination of the lagoon environment, the jungle and mangroves. Chankanaab Park
The lagoon at Parque Chankanaab, one of the greatest natural treasures in Cozumel, designated in 1980 as a National Park, is an area dedicated to the protection of marine flora and fauna of the occidental coast of the Island of Cozumel. Its Mayan name means “little sea” and it includes a world-renown ecosystem and a natural aquarium. The ocean currents that are formed there provide for the growth of corals, the development of fish, mollusks and crustaceans communities.

San Gervasio Mayan Ruins
Be a part of the Mayan culture and its mysteries at the greatest archaeological site on the island. San Gervasio was a strategic spot for political and commercial development, and it was also a sacred site for the Mayas. Inhabited from 200 C.E. to the time of the Spanish conquest, San Gervasio, the main Mayan ruins in Cozumel, was also a sanctuary dedicated to the goddess of fertility, Ixchel, which attracted pilgrims from all over the Mayan world, who came to worship the goddess.

Passion Island
