Beautiful resort and service. We just stayed here for 5 nights. Did the 5 course meal with wine pairings “Pies en el… Agua” by El Caribeno restaurant for my husband’s birthday and he said it was the best birthday meal ever! The chef even made crème brûlée for dessert which is my husband’s favorite! This resort looks exactly like all the pictures you see. It’s lovely.read more

After having a short stay here in may, I came back to stay a bit longer and explore the resort.The hotel entrance is… absolutely beautiful. The lobby is peaceful with the design and openness of architecture of building. At check in we were greeted with a cold cloth and green juice. There is a large palapa that serves breakfast- buffet and menu avail. Arturo, Alejandro and Jesus are amazing and go above and beyond. You can also have lunch and dinner there. There is another outdoor restaurant next to the water for lunch and dinner. Ivan was wonderful at helping with our lunch being fantastic! He went above and beyond for us.At dinner there are an additional 2 options- Italian and seafood. Both nicer restaurants. Rooms- they have quite a few categories of rooms from ocean view, pool view, luxury presidente suite etc.Pools- one family infinity and 1 adult/quiet pool. Large hot tub area too Cabanas- cabanas over the water that are absolutely amazing as well as poolside cabanas available.Beach areas – Cozumel is rocky but they have an area where they have done an excellent job of removing the rocks. There are 2 other areas you can snorkel and see tons of fish! Spa- nice, and quaint. Very peaceful. They offer facials, massages, body treatments, mani/pedi and more! They have several pools of different temps as well as a vapor and steam room.Tennis courts and gym- both nice!! Sorry not more info- I don’t exercise much and don’t definitely on vacation.Kids area- area for kids and kids crafts.If you want a beautiful resort, with friendly top notch service to relax at this is definitely your place! I can’t wait to return!read more

My parents and I stayed for 1 week March 18-25, 2022 and really enjoyed all the hotel had to offer. The staff were so… kind and attentive, the food at all of the restaurants was incredible, and the on-site dive shop was superb.Our only complaints were regarding our room. The closet in our room had black mold all over it, see attached pictures. 2 of the 3 of us became sick from the exposure. Lastly, we had requested 2 queen beds multiple times at booking, but they told us that the third-party service we booked through specifically requested a king bed and cot. They were unable to move us because they were at high occupancy. Overall, we did highly enjoy our vacation and the amenities and beachfront and service the resort had to offer. The outdoor rainfall shower was lovely and we never went hungry or thirsty! We will likely be back and will request a second-level room with 2 beds. Thank you, Presidente Intercontinental!read more

We have been coming here for years (and multiple times per year)! The people and the food and of course the diving keep… bringing us back! A few special shout outs to some incredible people! 1. David, the most amazing waiter at Faro Blanco. We met him years ago and he always remembers us and makes us feel like family. 2. Jose, the pool Conceirge and almost anything else he can help you with! This man knows no limits to his job. During our stay, there is truly nothing he won’t try and help us with. 3. Yazmin at Caribeno, the main breakfast restaurant! She is usually the first person greeting us and always goes out of her way for us and constantly has a smile on her face. 4. Angel, the hotel Conceirge. Always so quick in getting back to me when I am emailing him about our next trip. 5. Paolo- our amazing front desk lady! She is always patient with us as we are checking in and ensures that we get the room we wanted.Thanks to these amazing people helping to make our vacation extra special! I am here right now as I write this long overdue review!read more

Probably the best resort in Cozumel in terms of luxury and service. However, it is not cheap. I don’t know if it was… due to COVID and the time of year but expect to pay top dollar to stay at this resort.read more
