The staff is gracious and helpful. We stayed in a mid-level room overlooking a warm pool. The room was clean and well-maintained. The breakfast was extensive, delicious and included with our reservation. Our intention was to make this a snorkeling trip and we took one such trip on our first day. Our guide, Sadrak, was very knowledgeable and helpful. He took us to four different site where we saw turtles and rays along with lots of fish, coral & sponges. Later we took an introductory lesson in soba with Sandra. She was very helpful and engaging. Later we took a more extensive lesson with her in the infinity pool and into the sea from the beach nearby. We had such fun with her that we signed up with the hotel’s shop, Scuba Do for a scuba trip which involved two different sites. Sandra served as our guide throughout and Krishna was the guide for our travel companions. Both were extremely helpful and fun to be with. Under their guidance we saw ocean life we might not have seen while snorkeling. We then took a second trip the next day with them to two other sites. Besides our named guides, everyone at Scuba Do was helpful, friendly, and made sure we were taken care of and made comfortable. I highly recommend both the hotel and Scuba Do. Also we had wonderful massages in the spa. This was one of the best vacation experiences we have ever had. Go for it - it’s worth it.

7th trip to the Presidente, wouldn’t stay anywhere else. The ultimate in service, great location, beautiful rooms. Shout out to Yasmin at the main restaurant. She is more than a server and becomes a friend. We were traveling with dietary restrictions and I can’t imagine anyone being more friendly and helpful!

All is good. One of the best placed to stay on Cozumel. The hotel is on the fish reserve, and you can snorkel of the beach. The food is great. The staff are very helpful anmd SOnjia the manager was great.

We stayed in a seafront room with outdoor shower (5118). The shower is actually inside the room but it’s an outdoor shower! The blackout curtains make for a very good sleep. Palapas were always available and beach services were always available. We dined at Le Cap and Caribeño. We also used the hotel bikes (free) and rode to The Money Bar where we had breakfast. The hotel provided us with free locks. The ride was easy and we could have kept going but we just wanted to enjoy snorkeling at the hotel beach. We also walked into town (about a mile) to get some meds at the pharmacy. There are tons of shops across the cruise terminal. The walk was easy and remember to use sunscreen. The people who work here are very professional, friendly and polite. Atocha who served beverages on the beach was a stand out!! We dined off property at Casa Mission and Sereno Rooftop. We recommend both. Taxis are $10 each way. We look forward to going back.

Super delicious hotel - everything was delicious, pool areas, cleaning, staff was super. Snorkeling from the beach was super good. Unfortunately, it pulls down that food and drink must be so insanely expensive.

We purchased stay and dive package, and reportedly were given an upgraded ocean-view second floor room. The room was very spacious, great shower, nice balcony. The complimentary minibar is really a joke, one doesn't call a bottle of water and a can of coke a minibar. The buffet breakfast was included in our stay, and it was sufficient, but not opulent to justify the price. For that matter, all restaurants on the property were good, but rather overpriced. The service is the best thing this hotel has: every employee makes you feel welcome and important. Issues are addressed imeediately, whether your coffee machine is malfunctioning, or you need anything in your room or anywhere. The only negative was the fact that the rooms are cleaned late in the day. The property is meticulously maintained by a large number of staff who are ready to assist anytime and everywhere. For the divers: the Scuba Du operation is rather strange, but ultimately efficient. There are no tanks to wash your equipment near the dock. The tanks are in their shed about 200 yards away. The solution is Victor - for a small fee he will take your equipment off the boat after the dive, wash and dry it, and deliver to the boat next morning. The instructors and captains will set your equipment and change your tanks between the dives. So for your entire stay you don't have to touch your equipment, which is better than having the tanks available. The tanks are filled to over 3K PSI. The instructors and captains are very professional and attentive. The boats are rather small, only one of them has enclosure you can hide in from the wind. Camera buckets are small. Can't comment on their rental gear. Also, quite a few people stayed at the hotel, but signed up with other dive operations, not sure what the advanage is and what they do with their equipment. The dive sites of course are great, and the Scuba Du people help to emjoy them. Ovefall, certainly great choice to stay on Cozumel

This hotel was beautiful and welcoming. We were traveling with our college aged daughter. We loved the snorkeling in the crystal clear warm water with tons of colorful fish, the beautiful infinity pool and jacuzzi, the beachside service, the gorgeous restaurants, fantastic breakfast with many options, beautiful room with a balcony overlooking the ocean, the layout of the resort which did not feel crowded, and the friendly staff. Very well designed resort and top notch service. We loved it and didn't want to leave. We took a cab one night into town for dinner to Kondesa. Cabs were easy to get and about a $10 cab ride into town. We did not get to the tennis court, free bikes, or kayak during our stay because we ran out of time.

The beach was peaceful and the service was consistently professional and friendly. Even during the busy early January season, the resort never felt crowded; we always found available loungers at both the beach and the pool. The shore snorkeling directly from the hotel is a huge plus. We enjoyed all our meals, specifically at Le Cap Beach Club and Faro Blanco. Our Premium Ocean View room with two queens was spacious and comfortable. While the hotel is older, it is very clean and well-kept, so it doesn't feel dated. Although we paid a premium for our stay, the overall experience and atmosphere were well worth it. We will definitely return.

Amazing hotel in a beautiful location! We spent 4 nights here with my wife and 3 yo kid, and we had a great time. Our room was incredibly nice and clean, beautifully set up, with an awesome deck overlooking one of the pools. The bathroom and shower are fantastic. The pools (all heated to just the right temperature), hot tub, and the small beach in front of them are just delicious. The water on the beach is crystal clear and full of colorful fish that swim around you unafraid. The food in the various restaurants is good, and the food and drink service at the pool and beach are great. Our kid had a blast in the pool and at the beach. We did two snorkeling trips with the company that is inside the hotel (Scuba Du) that rank among the top we have done - the only snorkeling that is better than this was at Roatán in Honduras. The staff at Scuba Du were fantastic. We'll definitely come back.

My stay was great! I enjoyed doing activities with Angel, Viviana and Kery! The staff was very helpful if me or my sister needed help! I was there December 27th- January 3rd!
